Assuming the mantle of leadership

“We all share a responsibility to give back what was given to us, and to strive to achieve even more for our school.”

Clearly, giving back to Peddie is important to Rob Ruberton ’93 P’26: His longtime generosity — loyal Peddie Fund donor and capital investor in Peddie athletics — have expanded to include One Peddie Campaign roles as Leadership Gift Co-Chair, reinvestor in athletics and alumni challenge supporter. 

“Peddie had a transformational impact on so many facets of my life, which is why I am proud to be a part of the One Peddie campaign,” said Rob. 

“To me, this campaign represents a passing of the torch from a relatively few number of past generous philanthropists to each one of us as members of the Peddie community,” he said.  

Acknowledging the leadership of past donors, Rob emphasizes that to keep the school moving forward, the entire Peddie family must assume the mantle of leadership.

“As we ‘begin our labors anew’ with the One Peddie campaign, we are inspired by the dedication of Ambassador Annenberg ’27, Finn Caspersen ’59, Mike Armellino ’57 GP’19 ’20 and so many others before us.”
